ACCESS EUROPE promotes interdisciplinary research between well over 125 scholars at five faculties. It does so by facilitating research network events (seminars, workshops, conferences) and supporting submission of research grants at the national and European level. Each year, three postdoctoral researchers are appointed. They contribute to expanding and innovating the research agenda of specific themes, they serve as a liaison within and between themes, and they bring in new academic networks, thereby expanding ACCESS EUROPE’s visibility.
By inviting distinguished and/or upcoming scholars to present and share their work, the agenda of ACCESS EUROPE is enriched with new and innovative perspectives. Visiting Scholars enhance ACCESS EUROPE’s profile as a leading research centre capable of attracting internationally renowned scholars.
